
The Creative Arts design team employs multiple design disciplines to help guide our clients from concept to completion. Each project is unique and requires a few steps to ensure a great outcome, so we have developed a comprehensive design package as a guide.
At the outset of the design process, you will be assigned a project manager who will then be your point of contact, keeping you up to date on your project status, scheduling, and any design questions. The project manager will begin your design packet which will consist of three phases: RED, YELLOW, and GREEN.
The RED phase will establish the art direction, including preliminary dimensioned CAD drawings, artwork, finishes, and space planning. We will submit the package to you via e-mail in the form of a PDF for you approval. Printed copies are available upon request.
The YELLOW phase begins with the approval of the Red phase packet. We will start finalizing artwork, sizes, locations, and colors based on your feedback and resubmit for an additional round of approval.
The GREEN phase will have all quantities, sizes, colors, and finishes finalized. We then need confirmation by the client, to the project manager, before the project goes into production. Detailed fabrication drawings will be provided and a final signature will be required by the client. A final production schedule can be finalized after approval of the green phase.
