Roger Barganier, President/Design Principal
A frequent lecturer on exhibit design for the American Library Association and the Florida Association of Museums and co-founder of Creative Arts Unlimited, Inc., Roger Barganier has over 25 years of fine arts and design experience. He and his team have designed the projects that received three A.W.I. Awards of Excellence, an A.I.A. Florida Builder of the Year Award, and numerous NASFM awards for themed displays at Disney’s EPCOT Center and The Magic Kingdom. He has also received design awards from VM + SD Magazine for his work in the retail industry over the last 25 years.

Josh Pearson, Creative Director
A graduate of The International Academy of Design and Technology with a degree in interior design, Josh began his career at Creative Arts as a freelance artist and worked his way up to full-time project manager. As project manager, Josh was responsible for several turn-key projects around the country that received multiple fabrication awards, including Creative Arts’ A.W.I. Award of Excellence for the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Center. He was promoted to Creative Director in 2010.

In addition to his work with Creative Arts, Josh has published an illustrated, children’s alphabet book, has developed a furniture line designed specifically for public libraries, and is an accomplished painter. See his work at www.alphabhetto.com

Rachel Przyborski, LEED AP, Architectural Designer
Architectural Designer, Rachel Przyborski, holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of South Florida and works closely with project architects and interior designers to ensure Creative Arts’ installations look and work seamlessly with the project architecture. She is a LEED accredited professional and has worked on the design side of several LEED accredited buildings.

An advocate of academic and professional connectivity, Rachel has created a furniture design course through the partnership of Creative Arts and the University of South Florida’s School of Architecture.

Bill Kimrey, Graphic Designer/Project Manager
With 15 years experience, Bill Kimrey has designed packaging, retail products, and marketing materials for manufacturers such as Craftsman Lawnmowers and Shakespeare Fishing Tackle. He has also worked with major licensing companies such as Disney, Warner Brothers, Marvel, and Mattel to produce licensed children’s products.

Bill came to Creative Arts in 2009 as a graphic designer and project manager. He oversees projects from concept and design all the way through to production and installation. Bill spends his off work hours sculpting and wood carving, you can see his art at www.sawdustandstuff.net

Tim Knaebel, Technical Director
One of the original members of the Creative Arts team and an expert in Auto-CAD and CNC Systems, Tim is the link between design and fabrication as the leader of our technical design team, and supports our production department. In the past, Tim would restore classic cars and compete in drag racing in the Tampa Bay area. Today he enjoys traveling and is an avid NHL Hockey fan.
Hoyt Withers, Woodshop Director
Hoyt began his fabrication career building custom luxury homes. After twenty years and mastering his skills in the residential sector he sought more challenging work in the commercial building industry. Hoyt project managed and completed numerous high-end lobbies and corporate centers for Marriott and Ritz Carlton. Hoyt came to Creative Arts in 2004. Since becoming director of the woodshop, Creative Arts has won multiple awards from the Architectural Woodwork Institute and the American Institute of Architects.
Daryl Mosher, Exhibits Manager
Daryl Mosher attended the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale to study Industrial Design, focusing his work on the area of toy design and educational exhibit design. He graduated with honors and won best overall portfolio.
Daryl came to Creative Arts in 2006 as a model maker/fabricator, assuming the role of Exhibits Manager shortly thereafter. He now leads Creative Arts’ Exhibits Department.

Donna Maltz, Office Manager
Donna keeps the wheels turning at Creative Arts. She is the organizational link in the chain that keeps everything in order and accounted for. After work, Donna likes to spend time with her family and pets in addition to working on her line of lithographs. Though the color palette of her lithographs may appear stark at first glance, you may want to take a closer look. “People usually think I only work in black and white, but do you know how many colors you have to mix with the black to get the right tone for the image?” It is that same attention to detail that makes Donna invaluable to the Creative Arts team.
Mike Pearson, Installation Captain
Mike is the final link in delivering customer satisfaction – literally. Our product is no good unless delivered and installed properly. Mike is an outstanding fabricator who often personally works on the projects he and his crews install.
Chelsea Clifford, Graphic Designer
Graphic designer, Chelsea Clifford is a graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design and has always loved art in every form. An early internship with Mote Marine Labratory and Aquarium really opened her eyes to other aspects of graphic design. “It’s not just about logos and print work,” says Chelsea.

Matt Crotts, Illustrator
Matt Crotts is an illustrator and designer from Charleston, South Carolina. He has done illustration work for a broad range of industries, from children’s books to landscape architecture. While in school he received the prestigious Norman Rockwell Museum and John Klammer Awards, both from the Society of Illustrators. He has also exhibited his fine art in Boston and New York City.
Matt came to Creative Arts in 2009, after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Ringling College of Art + Design with a BFA in Illustration. He was attracted to Creative Arts’ diverese portfolio and the exciting, original projects in which they are so often involved.

Nate Greco, Illustrator
A graduate of the prestigious Ringling College of Art + Design, Nate specializes in enhancing Creative Arts architectural and furniture products. Personal work reflects his love for hot rod and classic cars and is shown and sold at shows throughout the country.
